ROC hosts several programs throughout the week for youth ages 5 to 18, including:
All ROC programs address three key areas of healthy living: physical, mental and social well-being.
“Black was my world when I first went to the ROC. You hurt and you just aren’t very happy. But after you go there for a while you begin to laugh more and colour begins to come into your life. Eventually you start believing you can be happy, because you are! This is what I’ve learned and I am happy at the ROC.”
